Welcome To The Blind Beggar Pub

Famously known in history as a pub governed by notorious East-end gangs (visit our History page for some interesting facts), the Blind Beggar is now a trendy venue for young professionals, lovers, students and families, Londoners and tourists.

The pub has a Victorian character adorned with wooden floors, crystal chandeliers and a giant golden mirror relaxed during the day and remarkably romantic at night. Winter evenings are made warm and cozy with three huge fireplaces, whilst summer days are better spent basking in the sun in our beer garden – the biggest one in East London! Here you can watch the world go by, amuse yourself with brightly coloured Japanese Koi Carp swimming about our man-made pond, or join the occasional barbeque dinners.
